Blending Modes

A recent article of mine just went up on DPReview.com – http://www.dpreview.com/articles/8878340438/blending-modes-tools-for-post-processing

This is a relatively quick article that covers the use of a few “blending modes” in Photoshop for things like selective color editing, removal of chromatic aberration and lens flare, non-destructive image sharpening and softening, and the somewhat “Deviant Art” technique of adding textures to your images – skip the software from Kubota Image Tools and check out this article instead.

While the article does discuss Photoshop specifically, the same tips and techniques could apply to many other image editing packages out there.

Please check it out and let me know if more of this type of content would be useful for the photographers out there!
